Reformer Pilates

The Reformer is one of the very first types of apparatus developed by Joseph Pilates. We learn how to move and/or stabilize the carriage through our Pilates fundamentals: we initiate and connect all movements to the center core, actively aligning and opening the body from the interior, working “from the inside out.” The repertoire of exercises is seemingly endless, and new ones are always being created. Private sessions on Reformer are both an ideal introduction for the beginner and a challenge for the advanced.
